The Jeros 6015 Bakery Tray Cleaner is an automatic "bakery tray" cleaning and sanitizing machine with an output of 14 trays per minute. Perfect for small to medium operations. The Jeros 6015 Bakery Tray Cleaner comes in two formats depending on tray type and is designed with an extra row of nylon brushes for perforated trays. The Jeros 6015/508 version for bakery trays with a 26” raised edge and The Jeros 6015/828 for Bakery Trays with a 18” Raised Edge. Automatic tray conditioning and oiling comes as a standard feature on the Jeros 6015 Bakery Tray Cleaner. The Jeros 6015 Bakery Tray Cleaners are available with steel or nylon brushes.
